Features:
658 series products are water-based adhesives, which are non-toxic and environmentally friendly, with high solid content, fast drying speed, strong adhesion, no cold explosion, no corrosion, moisture resistance, high temperature resistance, and good insulation after curing.
658# energy-saving lamp glue has a moderate drying and curing speed. After dispensing, the crooked tube can be corrected without affecting its bonding effect. This type of adhesive can be cold-cured at room temperature. The cold-curing speed is affected by factors such as dispensing thickness, ambient temperature, air humidity and ventilation. It can also be quickly cured in a drying tunnel of 100~130 °C (130 °C × 35 minutes).
Instructions:
1. Stir before use: because different users have different requirements for the fluidity of the glue when producing different types of energy-saving lamps, the 658# energy-saving lamp glue provided by our company is relatively thick when it leaves the factory, and is used by the user. Add water and stir to adjust the fluidity as needed. Before stirring, clean up the residual glue and sundries in the mixing tank, then pour the whole barrel of new glue into the mixing tank, and after stirring for 10 minutes, add an appropriate amount of water (400~600g) and continue stirring for 20~30 minutes. The fluidity of the glue is controlled by the amount of water added and stirring. The more water is added and the more uniform the stirring is, the better the fluidity of the glue will be. On the premise of ensuring no glue leakage, the better the fluidity of the glue will be, the better the glue will be after curing. The stronger the bonding between the tube and the plastic part, usually when the gap between the tube and the plastic part is small, the amount of water added should be appropriately more, so that the glue can automatically level and fill the gap when dispensing; When the gap between the parts is large, the amount of water added should be appropriately less, otherwise it is easy to leak glue after dispensing.
2. Dispensing: First of all, it is necessary to ensure that there is no glue residue and debris in the dispenser, and then put the stirred glue into the dispenser. The amount of glue dispensed should be uniform, and the amount of glue dispensed for each lamp should be as consistent as possible (the thickness of the glue layer should be controlled at 6-9mm), and the glue layer should have a certain contact area with the lamp tube and plastic parts. If the amount of glue dispensed is too small (the bonding area is too small), follow-up operations or pulling plastic parts when the glue is still dry, etc., are likely to cause degumming. Unused adhesives should be kept in sealed bags (covers).
3. Drying and curing: It can be dried and cured at one time, or it can be cured in stages, that is, after dispensing, it is first baked in a drying tunnel of 60~100 °C for 5 to 10 minutes. Bake in a drying tunnel at 130℃ for 25~30 minutes, and it will be completely cured after cooling. Increasing the baking temperature can shorten the curing time. If the baking temperature of the first stage is too high or the time is too long, the glue layer will crack during the tube calibration, which will lead to the loosening of the lamp tube in the subsequent process. When the lamp leaves the drying tunnel, it is best to take the filament, not the plastic part, to avoid loosening of the lamp head due to excessive temperature. You must wait for the glue to fully cure before proceeding with the subsequent procedures. You should also take the plastic parts when aging off the assembly line, otherwise the lamp tube will easily become loose. If the bonding is dislocated, soak the dislocated lamp in boiling water for about 5 minutes to separate the lamp from the plastic parts, and the lamp and plastic parts can be reused after cleaning and drying. (The above is for reference only. Different customers have great differences in production equipment and workers' operating habits, so the specific process parameters should be determined through experiments)
