3. How to use
Remove the rust spots and oil stains on the solid contact surface to be coated with thermal grease, and apply the grease evenly to the treated solid contact surface by hand (wearing plastic gloves), brush, scraping or screen printing. Align and lock the greased surface.
Since the thermal conductive silicone grease is not cured, it does not affect the installation and removal of the contact surface, and can be re-greased after removal.
Fourth, matters needing attention
1. The use of thermal grease is not as much as possible, but as thin as possible on the premise of filling the gap;
2. In case of accidental contact with the skin, wipe it clean, and then rinse with water; in case of accidental contact with the eyes, immediately rinse with water and go to the hospital for examination;
3. The product can be used multiple times during the storage period, but be sure to close the lid after each use and keep it sealed to prevent dust from falling in and moisture absorption.
5. Transportation and storage
1. This product needs to be stored in a cool and dry place at room temperature below 25°C and protected from light. The shelf life is 12 months. Products that exceed the shelf life can be used within one month after inspection, and the technical indicators are still qualified;
2. Such products are non-dangerous goods and can be transported as general chemicals;
3. It must be sealed and stored to prevent damage and leakage of the packaging container during transportation.
